To Sign Up for Online Banking

  • Enroll yourself for online banking. You will need to know your entire savings account number, including the last 3 digits (i.e. xxx-x1x). When asked for a PIN, you need to use the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you need any assistance, please call (833) 292-7828.

  • Online Banking (Virtual Branch) allows you to transfer between STCU accounts, view account history, and more.

  • Bill Pay allows you to make single or recurring payments. (You must request access to this feature by calling (833) 292-7828 or stop by the branch)


Mobile Deposit

  • Mobile Deposit allows members to deposit a check to an STCU checking or savings account by simply taking a picture of the check with their smartphone or tablet. To enroll for this product, download our STCU mobile app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Once downloaded, select "Deposit" from the menu within the mobile app to start.

  • Restrictions apply to qualify for access to this product.

  • Check being deposited must be made payable to the owner(s) of the account it is being deposited into.

  • The check must be endorsed specific to instructions below:

    • Back side: 1. Write for "mobile deposit only" 2. Last four digits of account number 3. Your signature

    • Front side: 1. Write "mobile deposit" 2. Date of deposit

    • When Applying to Deposit to a Checking Account:

      • Must be a member for a minimum of 2 months.

      • Must not have any overdrafts on your account within the previous 2 months.

      • Your account must be active (meaning you have at least 6 monthly transactions).

    • When Applying to Deposit to a Savings Account Only:

      • Must be a member for a minimum of 4 months.

      • Must have no overdrafts on the account within the previous 2 months.

      • Can only deposit up to a maximum $500 per item.

  • E-Z accounts and accounts opened within the last 6 months will be set up with a maximum deposit limit of $500 per item.
